So far I've tried dill, mustard, barbecue sauce and cinnamon.

You could try whatever you put on your salmon, like honey mustard etc.

Lavender lemon is an excellent combination. And if you're not afraid to be a little adventurous, try lemon mint.

I think hot sauce is an excellent choice.

Hot sauce is for after you cook them so that some stay mild for those "super tasters."
