Cashew chicken

Just wanted to share my latest delicious and easy recipe. Lay out cutlets on cookie sheet. Salt and smear mayo. Sprinkle cashew flour. Turn over and salt, mayo and cashews on other side. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes So, so good!
